School to school support
Jayne Taylor, Headteacher is a designated Local Leader of Education which means that we are able to offer school to school support. These could include
- Observation and assessment
- Parental partnerships
- Teaching and learning
- Monitoring, evaluation and review
- EYFS curriculum
- Forest School
We also facilitate regular training courses in partnership with the 6 other Nursery Schools, the next course is dated Tuesday 19th May on outdoor teaching and learning. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries or to make a booking.
Bradford Nursery School's Training Offer
AFFORDABLE TRAINING WITH EARLY YEARS SPECIALISTS FROM GOOD AND OUTSTANDING BRADFORD NURSERY SCHOOLS.
£25 per person 2 hour session includes expert advice,practical ideas,a tour of the setting and time in provision with the staff and children.
Bespoke Training designed around your needs at a Nursery School of your choice for 1, 2 or 3 people
£45 per person or 3 for £100 2 hour session.
Leadership and Management - Abbey Green Nursery School, Thurs 23rd Jan 9:30-11:30am
The Aire Valley Nursery Schools' Federation is comprised of Abbey Green, Midland Road and Strong Close Nursery Schools.
The three schools work in partnership, sharing knowledge and skills, so that all are highly effective in securing the very best outcomes for children and families. Abbey Green and Strong Close Nursery Schools are designated as Early Years Enhanced Specialist Provisions for children with Special Educational Needs and both schools offer these places from 2 years of age. Strong Close also offers wrap around care before and after school and Midland Road offers integrated care and education from 3 months, with nursery provision over 43 weeks of the year. All three schools have a parental involvement staff member on the school team in order to support our work with parents.
